Though this method of killing snakes might be crude or inhumane, sometimes it might be effective and sometimes otherwise. This method is mostly carried out by getting a shovel or pitchfork to behead or chop the snake into pieces. You need to be extremely careful when using this type of approach to kill snakes, because you must make sure the snake is killed with first blow, if this does not happen there is a high possibility the snake will fight back and this is how most snake bites occur.
SHOOTING WITH GUN
When you have tried all other methods of prevention, removal of snakes and failed, the only option that will be left for you is through shooting. Before using this method, you should be familiar with the use of gun, you should also plan how you want to dispose the carcass, this is to avoid littering the environment and to avoid your area from being polluted. When shooting, you should aim for the head of the snake to make it die quickly.
USE OF POISON
This is another method to exterminate snakes, since you may not be able to identify whether a sake is venomous or not around your home or garden. Therefore, if you happen to find snakes in your home, the best way to get rid of it is by poisoning its food sources. You can easily buy snake poisons from the stores; and then place it around the snake route. Once it eats the poison, it going to die instantly.
